Returns & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with item you purchased from us for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
  

Please follow the steps below to start an RMA for exchange, repair or replacement of your item:

1- Fill out the Contact Us form, email us at support@om-electronics.com or call us toll free 855.265.9200.

2- We will send you return instructions including a prepaid return shipping label to ship the item back to us.

3- Please securely package the product you wish to return within an outer shipping box. Do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.

4- Please include a copy of your receipt and add a note on the front why you are returning the item and what you would like us to do i.e. replacement, exchange, or refund.

5- Please allow up to 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your exchange/refund to be processed.

International Returns:

O&M Wireless does not cover return shipping costs for any reason, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping and all other associated fees.
